Rentokil Initial Incentive Trip – A Special Way to Discover Montenegro

The French company „Rentokil Initial“ decided to reward their employees with an incentive trip. The clients have chosen Montenegro for this unforgettable journey. The guests were accommodated in hotel Avala, located just in front of old town of Budva, and everything was set for an interesting Incentive trip on one of the most beautiful coasts of Mediterranean.

The first day of this incentive trip, the guests enjoyed a jeep self drive climbing their way from Budva to the slopes of Lovcen mountain, with help of road maps prepared by Talas-M. At the national park of Lovcen, the excitement was just beginning. The group was divided in teams and engaged themselves in a paintball combat. After the adrenaline rush, lunch followed in „Ivanov Konak“ restaurant, in a cosy atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking landscape and fresh mountain air of national Park Lovcen.

Our guests wanted to grasp the nature, mentality of our people and to learn about Montenegrin culture. What better way to do that than play traditional Village games high in the mountains. They competed in various games such as: rock-throwing, rope pulling, slingshot, sack race relay..etc.

After these exciting games, the group continued their drive towards the famous serpentines above Kotor, and returned to their hotel, enjoying the beautiful Boka bay view beneath them. The next day was reserved for a cruise in Boka bay. The group was again divided in teams, and with 3 different boats they cruised the sunbathed bay, visiting „Our Lady of the Rocks“ and the old Town of Kotor, solving various tasks from their road maps. After a wonderful day, it was time for a gala dinner on Citadela fortress in Budva. Folklore dances just added that extra touch to the extraordinary setting on this terrace overlooking Budva riviera.

The following day it was time to leave, but not just a regular transfer to the airport. The group visited ethno village Krapina above Budva, and enjoyed tasting traditional domestic products, surrounded by stunning nature, waterfalls, thick woods and a peace of pure nature.

Everyone was happy and satisfied with this incentive trip! As they themselves described, Montenegro really is a small pearl of the Mediterranean. Talas-M DMC was is more than happy to accomplish another satisfied client!
